Label Types - Cut & Stack Labels

“Cut & Stack” synthetic labels are an ideal replacement for your tired and creased wet glue paper labels.

A recent addition to our portfolio of self-adhesive, inmould and wraparound labels is a fully recyclable alternative.

We apply a coating to manage slip and static for high speed application. The Hi-gloss finish is tear and spillage resistant repelling; moisture, chemicals, grease and oil products.

Our “Cut & Stack” labels can be produced to a minimum length of 76mm and maximum of 609mm. Metallised paper products can also be replaced by metallised polypropylene labels. Specific product benefits include;

• Glue usage can be reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional paper labels.

• Metallised films can be clear or opaque white backed for high impact and product differentiation.

• Clear, white and metallised films are available in various thicknesses from 35 to 80 microns.
