CEO: Steve Pickford
Steve Pickford founded Systems Labelling in 1989. With a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail Steve has developed an innovative and meticulous culture that is visible throughout the business achieving year on year growth.
"The appetite for continuously improving our capabilities can be linked directly to success. 2012 will see some interesting developments with continual investment in our people, equipment and facilities. Our aim is to lead the labelling market by providing innovative premium quality label solutions."
Managing Director: Gwyn Bouch
Gwyn joined Systems Labelling in 1994 as the Finance Director and has been instrumental in the growth achieved in recent years.

Sales Director: Tony Exford
Tony leads the sales team building and maintaining relationships with key customers. With over 28 years experience in both sales and purchasing Tony understands both sides of the coin. "The structure and pace of Systems Labelling means my role links to every area of the business on a day to day basis. This enables me to take the position as our customers champion. This is an ethos shared by my team of sales managers."
Repro Director: Robin Barker
Robin Barker is accountable for the reprographics department and has 39 years experience in the industry. Robin has championed over £400k of investment in state-of-the-art technology in both the Pre-Press and Repro departments. “There are significant pressures to push the boundaries in flexo quality, productivity and consistency, while at the same time reducing the impact on the environment. "
Director of Marketing & Business Development: Stephen Lloyd
Stephen is responsible for promoting the strengths of our brand whilst developing new products and propositions. "Our track record for innovative and quality labelling solutions is second to none. My role helps to ensure we are constantly striving to broaden our portfolio and meet the requirements of multiple sectors and markets."
