Systems Labelling is a rapidly expanding label printing company having the following vacancy in its Customer Services department :

 Experienced Customer Services Executive

                                                           (Labels and Packaging)

Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in the Flexographic Printing and/or Packaging Industry, have an excellent telephone manner and a keen eye for detail.

 Daily duties to include:

• Dealing with customers over the phone
• Processing enquiries and orders from customers using our MIS System
• Identifying raw materials suitable for customers application
• Creating Technical Specifications for Tooling
• Processing artwork instructions to the Studio
• Liaison with Shift Supervisors, Quality Control, Despatch and Area Sales Managers
• Dealing with customer complaints and taking remedial action
• Managing Customer Accounts internally - controlling and monitoring customer stock levels

 Hours are Monday – Friday 9am until 5pm

Part-time (2 days) Telemarketer / Appointment Maker 

Our strategy for continued growth relies on generating qualified leads for our UK sales force. This role will deliver exactly that from targeted telephone calls to prospective organisations across a variety of sectors. Technical knowledge of the print and/or packaging industry would be an advantage. However we are more concerned with attracting a self-motivated individual who has a consistently positive outlook and a proven track record in a similar role.

You will work through a prospect database to identify key decision-makers and where possible arrange appointments for our sales managers. Our website and a range of marketing materials can be used to support your professional approach. Presentations can be delivered via a WEBEX online communication system where full training will be provided.

You will be remunerated through a combination of a basic salary and a bonus based on qualified leads generated against an agreed monthly target.

Candidates should possess;
Confident Communication skills
Excellent Attention to detail
Resilience
Previous telesales experience (inbound or outbound)
An ability to thrive under pressure
